A fully functional demo tech shop, built to show what fast, clean e-commerce can look like.
X-Commerce is a self-initiated demo project — a complete online tech shop designed and developed from the ground up as a working example, not a mockup. Real shopping flows, a fully responsive layout across every device, and a page-speed and SEO foundation built to meet real-world performance standards.
As a self-initiated demo, X-Commerce needed to prove real-world e-commerce performance, not just look like a shop — clean navigation, a working checkout flow, and genuine mobile speed, without a real client brief to test it against.
Kidashi Design planned the category structure, product pages, and checkout flow around real shopping behavior, hand-built a fully responsive interface tested across every breakpoint, then optimized page speed, semantic markup, and meta structure for real Core Web Vitals performance.
The result is live at commerce-x.kidashidesign.com — a working online shop with real shopping flows, not a static mockup.
This project falls under Kidashi Design's Web Design work.
“If a shop doesn’t sell on mobile in three seconds, it doesn’t sell.”
